AI workflow templates (v3, Spec 6.5)

Team-level workflow guidance for AI tools.

Blue Painter provides team-level AI workflow templates: structured day-by-day or step-by-step plans that integrate Blue Painter with Claude, Figma AI, and Cursor.

Design Sprint with AI

  • Mon: Ideation (ChatGPT/Claude) → 3 concept directions
  • Tue: Sketching (Figma AI) + Blue Painter quick complexity check → refined wireframes
  • Wed: Prototyping + Blue Painter full analysis → validated prototype + dev estimate
  • Thu: User testing (synthetic + real) → issue list by impact
  • Fri: Refinement + Blue Painter validation → production-ready design

Bug-Driven Refactor

  1. Triage — PM reviews bugs + analytics, identifies broken flows
  2. Analyze — Blue Painter on affected flows, overlay analytics, correlate bugs with design issues
  3. Design Fix — Designer uses AI playbooks, Claude for content, Figma AI for components
  4. Code Fix — Dev uses Cursor with patch plans, implements missing states, refactors to design system
  5. Validate — Blue Painter re-run, confirm resolved, deploy

Pre-Handoff (Spec 6.5)

Full validation before marking design ready for dev. Use the Live governance preset "Pre-Handoff" for strict checks. Steps: run full analysis, fix all critical and high issues, review Flow alternatives, run export (Markdown/PDF/GitHub). Ensures buildability score and system adherence meet your threshold before handoff.

Role-aware guidance

Designers: Claude for flow strategy, Figma AI for visual iteration. Developers: Cursor for states, GitHub Copilot for boilerplate. PMs: Analytics to prioritize, Blue Painter to scope. Saving workflows as reusable team templates and an org-level patterns library (with success rate, time savings) is on the roadmap (Spec 6.5).
