Spec 9 defines success metrics by version. Use your Dashboard and reports to track progress.

Dashboard (Spec 5.7 Team Analytics)

The Dashboard shows: Analyses this month (v1 adoption); Open vs resolved issues and Resolved (last 7 days) (team velocity); Most common issue types so you can fix high-impact categories first; Average buildability and system adherence across recent analyses. Use these to track buildability trend and time-to-resolution (Spec 5.7).

v3 Metrics

Real-time impact: issues caught during design vs in review; Live sidecar daily active users; time to fix with real-time guidance. Advanced: flow variants generated, analytics integrations connected, CI/CD pipelines using Blue Painter, design system adherence improvement. Business outcomes: reduced iteration cycles, faster time-to-market, lower dev costs, higher team satisfaction (NPS).
