1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using Blue Painter ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Blue Painter for analyzing design files, generating reports, and related features in accordance with your plan (Free, Pro, Team, or Enterprise). You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and project information.
- Not misuse the Service (e.g. no reverse engineering, circumventing access limits, or use that harms others).
- Comply with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party services you connect (e.g. Figma, GitHub).
3. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or create (e.g. projects, analyses). You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to store, process, and display your data and to provide integrations you enable). Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Our intellectual property
Blue Painter (including the software, UI, documentation, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our IP except the limited right to use the Service as provided.
5. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing on our website. You may cancel in accordance with your plan. Refund policy is as stated at signup or in your plan. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
