Team workspace (v2, Spec 5.7)

Collaboration, comments, and version history.

Team workspace adds multi-user collaboration: shared project dashboard, comment threads on issues, @mentions, assignments to designers/devs, and status tracking (Open, In progress, Resolved, Won't fix).

Project organization

Shared project dashboard, team member roles (admin, reviewer, viewer), and project grouping by client or product line.

Comments on issues

In the report Issues panel, add comments to discuss fixes. Use @name or @email to mention teammates (shown with highlight). Use Reply on a comment to focus the comment box and add a follow-up (flat thread; new comments appear in the list).

Status and assignee

Click an issue to open its detail. Set Status (Open, In progress, Resolved, Won't fix) and Assigned to (name or email) so the team knows who owns the fix. When an issue is resolved and a resolution time is recorded, the panel shows "Resolved X ago." Sort by "Resolved (newest)" to see recently closed issues first.

Version history

Track analysis runs over time. Compare before/after scores, see which issues were fixed, and detect regressions (designs getting more complex). From any report, use Back to project in the header to jump to the project's Analyses tab.

Compare analyses: On the Analyses tab, click Compare analyses to open a side-by-side view. Select two runs to see buildability and system adherence deltas, plus which issues were fixed vs added. Use Copy as Markdown to paste the full comparison into Notion, Confluence, or a PR. Useful for tracking improvements and spotting regressions.

Team analytics

Average buildability score across projects, most common issue types, time-to-resolution metrics, and team velocity (issues fixed per week).
